Joseph Rivera founded Bailando Por Una Causa in 2010 and is also the co-founder of BAILA Society. He has a degree in Finance from Georgetown University and was the Director of Interactive Development at Asset International before dedicating all of his time to Bailando Por Una Causa. Joseph is currently a member of the Junior Council at El Museo del Barrio and also volunteers at The Boys Club of New York and the Riverside Church Basketball Program.

Ahtoy began her professional dance training in childhood in Guam and studied classical ballet and modern dance with the Houston and San Francisco Ballet Companies. Ahtoy became a top International Latin Ballroom competitor in the collegiate circuit while attending Columbia University. As one of the principal dancers and instructors of salsa company, Santo Rico, she has performed in over 35 cities worldwide in Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and the Americas.

Natalie started her career in public relations as a media specialist at one of the nation’s top PR firms in Manhattan. There, she developed a “nose for news” and worked directly with reporters and producers at major national and local media outlets while providing key interviews with expert clients and sources. Her scope of work covers the fields of food, dance, music, health, fitness, charity and fashion. She currently heads RETRO Media NYC, a multifaceted communications and design agency in Manhattan.

Daniel is founding partner of Enskat Associates, founder of BAILA Society, head global consulting for Asset International/ Strategic Insight, global asset management for Institutional Investor, and works for various industry boards, task forces and cultural organizations.

As President of the Latino Commission on AIDS, Guillermo Chacon has a broad history in fighting the disease on a variety of levels within his community. Chacon pioneered the First National Latino/Hispanic AIDS Leadership Summit in 2008. He played a key role in launching the National Latino AIDS Awareness Day in 2003.
